Martin County Human Resources is one of the programs organized by the administration department of Martin County, Fla. The program is designed to develop and maintain human resource competency levels that address staffing, training, classification, compensation, employee and labor relations. Located in Stuart, Fla., the administration department offers human resource management services in partnership with all county departments to meet the continually changing needs of customers and achieve organizational goals in a cost-effective manner. Martin County Human Resources program provides technical and advisory assistance to managers and employees within the organization in regards to staffing, employee and labor relation issues. It also establishes staffing strategies and initiatives that meet organizational objectives by attracting and retaining a qualified, high-performance work force. Additionally, the program establishes and maintains a systematic, cost-effective program of development for managers, supervisors and employees.
