Well I had the worst experience today with St Luke's in Brownwood. I arrived at my appointment 15 minutes early and checked in. Was asked for ID and issurance by receptionist, who returned them...

Unfortunately, very cavalier about giving bad eyeglass prescriptions to patients. They feel their process is OK when giving out an incorrect prescription is extremely inconvenient for the patient....
