The coffee was great, of course, the attitude of the barista was atrocious. Being in a health care environment requires a certain level of empathy and professionalism, which this lady didn't possess.

The lady at the register was unfriendly and lacks any customer service skills such as saying good morning, what would you like or thank you. Just basic skills.
