With 25 years of diverse experience in the Mortgage Lending Industry, Tammy has dedicated her career to being a master of her trade. She is committed to building lifelong relationships with her clients. Tammy has held positions relating to every aspect of the mortgage process including maintaining her designation as an FHA Direct Endorsement Underwriter with the US Department of Housing and Urban Development for over 10 years. Tammy was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA where she began her career in the Mortgage Lending Industry. She founded and owned Providence Mortgage Corporation prior to moving to Central Florida 20 years ago with her two young sons, Brandon and Ian. The family relocated to the Sunshine State not only for the healthy lifestyle, pursuing her passion for scuba diving and beautiful beaches, but so she could advance her career by accepting a position with InterFirst/ ABN Amro Bank as a Regional Account Executive. Tammy served on the Board of Directors for The Central Florida Mortgage Bankers Association for 8 years, advancing from Treasurer to President and then continued on as an Elected Regional Governor to the Florida Mortgage Bankers Association. During this period she continued to move forward in her career from the Account Executive position to become a Regional Sales Manager with National City Wholesale Lending. Tammy has seen many changes in the lending arena and has shown the ability to adapt well by maintaining outstanding customer reviews. She joined Waterstone Mortgage as a Senior Mortgage Advisor in 2019 where she continues to provide exceptional service and build relationships by helping families achieve their dreams.
