Checked in 5/1. Booked through RealJoy Vacations. 21st Floor. Day 2 so far, no complaints! Easy check in. $20 Parking Pass(2 max, cash only) Not much stuff so I had no need for luggage cart....

Ridiculous waiting time for elevator-one for 23 floors to move guests to and from. Dirty entrances to all floors-we checked. Staff at front desk are not helpful with any directions or questions....

Service is mediocre at best. First day (Tuesday) no one at the desk by the parking garage hall, so a bit confusing where to go, then the next day resort security was finally around in their red...
