For starters it would help if the staff on the floor spoke English. As a paying consumer I do not want to be told that you can't help me because you don't speak English. I am here to spend money...

This is a reflection of the store and corporate not the nice employees I've encountered. Clearly short staffed. Every item I picked up to have my daughter try on was mis marked on wrong hanger....
