History

Matt & Gretchen met in 1996 and fell in love, but the timing just wasn't right for these two. They maintained a friendship for 15 years until Matt, a custom home builder, did some work on Gretchen's new home, and their flame re-ignited and they've been together ever since! They also realized they were pretty good partners in adding smart value to homes. Matt and Gretchen then found and invested in a number of properties--buying, renovating, then staging and selling them for profit--before turning their real estate passion into their profession. It was a natural partnership with Matt's construction knowledge, and Gretchen's artists' eye for interior design and home staging. When their children were born, Matt and Gretchen, wanted to turn their real estate success into full-time careers so they could be more invested in the local community and available for their children.
