I called to request an appointment and at points during the call, there was dead silence....no mention of: "please hold" or anything similar. I had to ask 3 or 4 times: "are you there?"

I can't find anything positive to say about my experience here. They were running so far behind on appointments that after 21/2 hours, I left.
