OIC of Broward County is a community-based organization that offers employment training and services for former prisoners and low-income individuals and families in Broward County, Fla. OIC of Broward County provides housing assistance services, as well as assists the victims of drug and alcohol abuse. Additionally, it offers Project Second Chance, an employment readiness training program that includes workshops related to resume writing, application completion, and life skills and self-esteem development. The organization also offers case management and information and referral services. OIC of Broward County provides health care and pregnancy prevention services for youths, as well as offers marriage counseling services.
