It is, rather, an investment that more than pays for itself in the form of more operating profit and more value at the time of a sale. One of our most important money saving feature is the use of our maintenance staff at cost. We do our own painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair and cleaning for which you pay only our cost. We make no profit on these services.
