I have been training for over 30+ years, I built the gym after training @ commercial gyms for years and wanted to build my own gym with everything a serious athlete would need.

My gym is exclusive, private, 1 on 1 training unless the client wants to train w/ friends, than group classes of up to 4 people at once an be arranged, every client gets their own individualized workout plan and diet/lifestyle consultation, workout changed and modified throughout the client training cycle depending on success of the program. 30+ years exp, guaranteed results!
