Royal St. Augustine Golf and Country Club is a challenging 6529 yard, 18 hole public layout that meanders through lush foliage and exotic wetlands. Moguled fairways, sandy waste areas, well placed bunkers, numerous lakes and large greens are characteristic of this course. The course is located only minutes from America’s oldest city, historic St. Augustine, Florida with easy access from I-95 and US Rt. 1. Major shopping malls are nearby, and the club is only a short drive from World Golf Village. Royal St. Augustine provides four different tee positions to accomodate players of all skill levels and abilities. Dump of a course. Do yourself a favor and play elsewhere. I could not be paid to come back to this place. The fact that they're charging 40+ to play this condition is a joke.

Horrible conditions. Greens are literally just compacted sand with a sprig of grass here and there. Marshal/Starter was incredibly rude (guy from Harrisonburg Pa). Save your money.

Front office lady nice, but lied and said back 9 was nice to play(it wasn't). Cart girl was nice. Condition of the course sucks.
