Located on Historic Duval Street, The Avalon is a historic 19 room home with origins dating back to 1885. All rooms are updated to provide modern amenities, while still maintaining the home’s colonial charm & ambiance. A plentiful continental breakfast buffet is served café style on the front porch each morning. Located just up the street also on Historic Duval Street, Duval Gardens is comprised of 12 beautifully appointed guest rooms with roots dating back to 1920. Enjoy breakfast on the front porch every morning and take in the Duval Street views poolside at the home’s private pool. All guests of The Guesthouses at Southernmost Beach Resort may access the Southernmost Beach Resort’s amenities such as the two private beaches, three resort pools (as well as the homes’ private pools that are only open to Guesthouse guests), daily resort activities, and more.
