The UPS Store

I met Dalton Paulk at the UPS today. He greeted me as I entered store. He said he was glad to put tape on my package. He was very polite and efficient. He is a great employee.

The store manager, JoAnn, is exceptionally rude and unhelpful. Avoid doing business with this UPS store at all costs. There is a reason why they have less than three stars on their reviews.

Don't leave a package after 5:30 PM thinking it will go out the next morning! The UPS pickup is once a day at 5:30 PM. If you miss the 5:30 PM pickup, your package won't make it to the UPS...
