I am happy to highly recommend this particular UPS store. Because I previously frequented another UPS store for work work, I assumed this store could not be as good or friendly as my past UPS...

I have been coming to the Nokomis store for several years on a very regular basis. The last change of ownership has been a disaster, taking a great performing store with knowledgeable employees...

Used store for shipping packages that are pre-labled for UPS. They Scanned package into system, and then it was lost... high value package.. They offered no assistance, and a worker named "Mark"...
