This is an Amazon return drop off location. Would not recommend it because employees are not well trained in how to process returns.

Will not allow you to ship things that are allowed to ship per UPS policy. This store is the worst customer service, and screen shipping items and have issues with anything they don't like.

I'd give this location 0 stars if I could. I was told by the manager, Claudia, that they cannot bill shipping charges to UPS accounts. That's right, the UPS Store cannot bill UPS accounts....

Sent a package next day air. Package sat in the warehouse for a day. Only after creating a missing package request a day later was, it updated and delivered. Still two days late. I called two days...
