Established in 1946, Theater of the Sea is an educational and entertaining marine animal park. The park allows customers to swim dolphins, sea lions and stingrays in their natural salt water lagoons through its interactive programs. Based in Islamorada, Fla., it also sells a variety of souvenirs, items for the home as well as clothing in its gift shop. Theater of the Sea hosts several events, such as group tours, weddings and birthday parties. In addition, the park arranges adventure and snorkel cruises.
