Nepotism runs through this place. No one is actually educated. They have jobs because they are part of the family. Money is best spent elsewhere

I live on the Bay in Freeport Fl, I had Hicks deliver and install Rip Rap concrete. They were on time ,very polite , and did a great job on installing it around bulk head and pier. Awesome...
