They can repair devices, eventually getting it right. However - do NOT expect prompt service or even the hint of decent customer service. I was lied to then dismissed. They create bold faced lies...

Brought my iPhone in for cracked front. After repair found dead spot on front screen. Liars refused to admit their mistake. I should return to Apple. Incomptant -Thanks for nothing
