Urgent Care of Longwood

I came to this location because I knew it was quicker then Centra Care and it would cost the same but much quicker,I was right it was quick and in painful till I had to get test done next door...

Absolutely horrible in every way. I hurt my ankle so bad I thought it was broken. I went In and waited hours to be seen. The lady at the front desk was rude and extremely unpleasant to deal with....

The absolute worst experience.... The wait was over 2 hours and that's with an appointment. They failed to communicate the doctor wasn't even in but took my money immediately. Then they sent in...

Quick to charge, how ever a very long wait, I counted about 6 patients apart from my 10:45 appointment. I was seen 2 hrs later. Bring a power bank for your devices. One patient was waiting 2 hours...

Dr Jasmine Cruz is wonderful for urgent care and also as my primary doctor. She really listened and was supportive in finding answer. She doesn't waste time but also doesn't rush you out the door.
