We provide daily/weekly, visits to your home, assuring you that your property is tended to properly. You will receive updates with the outcome of each visit, and be informed immediately if there are any concerns. When a crisis occurs, and they do, you will have peace-of-mind because you have USEMC in place to handle these unexpected events. A crisis is handled on the spot. There may be an issue when you need an immediate plumber, electrician, sewer technician or handyman. If you cannot be reached immediately, our main concern is to get the situation under control as quickly as possible and do whatever is necessary to resolve it.
