Roughly 5-6 months ago they stated they were going to charge $1 each month for printed statements being mailed out - told them no, don't do it. Just logged in after doing a deposit (savings only)...

Terrible bank to do business with. Always on hold to get in touch with someone. I am trying to do a wire transfer and have been on hold for over an hour and this is not the first time....
