Water street tattoo was founded and started by Steven Lopez in 2014. Being the only tattooer qualified to open the ONLY tattoo shop on Clematis st. In downtown West Palm Beach. Their Yelp page says they're open until 9:00pm on Sunday. A friend and I, visiting from out of town, hired a car to get there on Sunday @ 5:20pm. They were closed.
