Women's Care - Oviedo Medical Center

Dr. Morgan Barr is board eligible in obstetrics and gynecology. She is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. A native of Oviedo, Dr. Barr earned her bachelor's degree in human biology from the University of California at San Diego. She returned to the area to attend medical school at the University of Central Florida College of Medicine, and she completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. Dr. Barr has special interests in high-risk obstetrics, postpartum care, lactation, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery and management of abnormal uterine bleeding. She is also an LGBTQ+ ally. Outside of work, Dr. Barr enjoys spending time with her family.

Dr. Bianca Arboleda is a board-eligible OB-GYN providing full-scope women's healthcare at Women's Care in Winter Park, Lake Mary, and Oviedo, FL. She specializes in prenatal care, high-risk pregnancies, and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. Fluent in English and Spanish, Dr. Arboleda offers trauma-informed, inclusive care. She earned her medical degree and master's from USF Morsani College of Medicine and completed her OB-GYN residency at the University of Kentucky, where she was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha and the Gold Humanism Honor Society.
