Customer service stinks. Can not speak with a human, ever!!! Their AI is from the 1970's. Service is spotty, when it works at all.

You can't get anyone on the phone. Just one big loop with 3 different numbers. If I wasn't in a condo. I would not use them. Horrible service and still no internet.
