The Gavin R. Stevens Foundation, based in Chino, CA, is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to raising awareness and funding for research to find a treatment and cure for Leber's Congenital Amaurosis (LCA), a rare genetic retina condition that causes blindness. With only 150 individuals in the United States affected by this condition, the foundation's mission is to support promising research and provide hope for those living with LCA.

Founded by Troy and Jennifer Stevens, parents of Gavin, who carries the 18th known gene to cause LCA-NMNAT1, the foundation is driven by the support of their dedicated group of supporters, known as Gavin's Groupies. Through their efforts and the contributions of generous donors, the foundation aims to make a substantial donation towards research that can one day enable Gavin and others with LCA to experience the gift of sight.
