The upstairs location has no pretzels ready. The lower location didn't have a lot of pretzels available. They messed up my order and resumed talking to each other. I won't return to either location.

general manager is so unprofessional i dont know who would hire anyone like that she is rude curses out customers and doesnt have anything under control
