Compliance Systems, also known as CSI, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Colonial Group. It provides turnkey solutions and compliance, training, preparedness and response services. Founded in 1988, the company offers safety inspection and auditing assistance services. Compliance Systems also provides vetting assistance, international safety management, prepurchase inspection, marine casualty, accident investigation and onboard safety training services. It has a network of contract response and inspection employees in the United States, Singapore and Europe. In addition, the company provides court appointed monitor, spill management team and garbage management services. Compliance Systems is staffed with engineers, mariners and coast guard officers.
