Dr. Smith earned his medical degree, with high honors, from the University of Tennessee in Memphis, TN. He completed an internal medicine internship and residency and was a clinical fellow in cardiology at the University of Tennessee Affiliated Hospitals. Subsequently, he completed a fellowship in cardiac electrophysiology and pacing at Case Western Reserve University, University Hospitals of Cleveland. He completed his undergraduate education at Freed-Hardeman College in Henderson, TN, and obtained a Master of Science degree in Microbiology while concurrently enrolled at UTCHS. Dr. Smith served as an assistant professor of cardiovascular medicine. He was the director of clinical electrophysiology laboratory at the University of Kentucky Medical Center. He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in cardiovascular disease and clinical cardiac electrophysiology and by the North America Society of Pacing and Electrophysiology. Dr. Smith is an affiliate member of the American College of Physicians and is a member of the American Medical Association and the Heart Rhythm Society. He is fellow of the American College of Cardiology. Dr. Smith currently practices at Piedmont Heart Institute Physicians, Buckhead campus.

Winston Hong, MD is a non-invasive cardiologist. He earned his undergraduate in mechanical engineering from Boston University. Before pursuing medicine, he worked as an engineer to support research for the International Space Station Life Support System. He was profoundly inspired to become a physician and a cardiologist through seeing his grandparents navigate the healthcare system. Dr. Hong earned his medical degree from The University of Alabama at Birmingham. In his spare time, he enjoys exploring historic sites in Georgia. Dr. Hong welcomes new patients and accepts most major insurance plans.

Rachael Bagley is a board-certified nurse practitioner with ANCC. She obtained her Masters of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner from Walden University. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, she was a registered nurse with experience in endoscopies, hospice, and working in the progressive care unit. Rachael has a passion for women's health and diabetes education. She is driven to build strong relationships with patients and their families. Rachael advocates for her patients in order to achieve the best possible outcome. In her spare time Rachael enjoys spending time with her family, decorating, baking, and crocheting.
