I was not greeted by staff when I entered the store. When, I finally found the items I needed I was told it was not a covered item by my insurance plan. No apologies were given

I've lived here for 6 months,and due to insurance I've been stuck using CVS for my prescriptions. I place the refill order 2 weeks in advance and they take 3 or more weeks to fill it!- missing...
