The David J. Sencer CDC Museum features both permanent and changing exhibits that focus on a variety of public health topics. Permanent exhibits include the Global Symphony, an unparalleled multi-media installation and the Roots of CDC, which traces the origins and early history of CDC through 1976. Both self-guided and guided tours are available.

This was a really cool museum! The exhibits teach you about the history of the CDC and some of the initiatives that the CDC has spearheaded. The lower level of the museum is where the exhibits...

This isn't a huge museum, but it's a worthwhile stop if you're in Atlanta! The location at the actual CDC makes it tricky to get dropped off/picked up by rideshares - we had better luck calling...
