Rushed through my appointment. Didn't bother to do a full skin check and then I was charged a high bill for the "complexity" of the review for informing me I have a dry scalp and acne.

I saw Paula for a skin check and she was amazing. Made me feel super comfortable during and even after in the follow up call. Front desk staff was great as well!
