The customer service is absolutely terrible. We showed up 5 minutes before closing to buy a specific piece which would have taken 3 minutes and they had locked the doors before closing. We arrived...

For a store with so much patriotic paraphernalia, I would expect a military discount to be offered.

I love the products and brands this store has to offer (e.g. YETI, Chacos, Kendra Scott, Patagonia, Old Row). I always find something here that I like! However, the customer service is abysmal....
