Took 2 and a half hours to get a rental car. My appointment had been booked a month in advance. I watched people walk in 2 hours after me and get in a car within 10 minutes.

I came in to book and I must say the staff was incredibly inconsiderate. Needed a rental for a family emergency and the young lady in the from was rude from the start ! I've rented with enterprise...

Getting the car is easy but if you get the insurance, they do not help and make everything complicated.
