Yvonne was helpful but Michael seemed like he was running from helping any customers. There needs to be more workers to assist especially during peak hours after 5 pm

I've used this FedEx multiple times for shipping, printing, and returns. It's is usually fairly quick, and the employees are always super helpful and friendly.

Michael is argumentative, unhelpful, and generally unfriendly. And the other associates are just as disinterested in helping you out when you come in. No one says hello, goodbye, or thank you....
