The water classes are fun and almost full. The pool is heated. The gym has lots of good trainers.

They recently upgraded things due to a fire. Great family run feel. Great place to get a workout in while in town working on a film.

Friendly atmosphere, adequate fitness equipment, and friendly staff. Cardio, dumbbells, a variety of exercise machines, classes, pool, sauna, ...it has a bit of everything.

So far so good. Despite me having a company membership I am still allotted use of everything the gym offers including but not limited to: racquetball ball courts, fitness on demand, studio...
