The staff was nice but no one really seemed happy to be there...weird atmosphere. Not crowded at all for Friday lunch. Food was hot and came out fast but nothing was really seasoned. So okay....

It took 20+ minute for my food and never came. I asked for a refund, which they did however they could not refund the tip. So I tipped for slow service and no food. I will not be back.

I really enjoyed my experience at this new five guys! One of the best burgers I've had at this franchise and I will definitely be back.
