Apparently the people love to no show. They charge half up front and then don't show up. They also charge for twice the time that was needed. DON'T USE FRESH MAIDS. THEY ARE UNRELIABLE!!!!!

Exactly as others have noted here, booked them, they never showed. No call, no email. Called them, left a message on their definitely non-corporate voicemail... my wasn't returned. Not legit....

If I could give negative stars I would. I wish I would have looked at the reviews before booking. I was quoted a price online and thought that it was a good deal compared other prices I saw...

I booked for a Saturday and was told team would be out between 10-12. No phone call or text advising any issues in the morning and I waited until 12:40 to contact them just to give them a chance...
