The Louis Smith Memorial Hospital, located in Lakeland, Ga., is a 25-bed critical access hospital. The center is accredited by the Joint Commission in the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations and is also affiliated with the South Georgia Health System. It provides a wide range of services emergency ambulance, laboratory and radiology services.
