i love hooks and cooks my food is always nice & hot. the chicken is always crispy and i love the white powder they put on it.

Customer service was good and attentive. However the food was subpar. The fries tasted old and the fish was very soggy and mushy. The shrimp was okay.

I must say the chicken is fried to perfection but ain't a bit of flavor . They have a powder seasoning they will add but again there is no flavor to that. I was highly disappointed.
