SpecialtiesAtlanta Speed Academy (ASA) benefits all aspiring athletes of ALL sports ages 5 to 17, both boys and girls by providing programs designed to increase speed and athletic performance while focusing on proper running mechanics to reduce the chance of injury. Athletes of ASA will complete workouts that focus on increasing acceleration, agility, efficiency, and flexibility. Our goal is to provide speed and agility training as well as a core strength and conditioning program and offer athletes the opportunity to learn the physical, emotional, nutritional, and psychological components to becoming a TOP athlete. We not only focus on developing the athlete regardless of sport, but also provide a platform for ALL kids to buy into the idea that FITNESS IS FUN and encourage them to develop a lifelong love of fitness. The Academy also offers one-on-one custom training, summer speed and agility/track clinics and camps as well as group and team training.
