James Roth, M.D., earned his medical degree from Hahnemann University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. He completed his family practice residency at Atlanta Medical Center Family Practice Residency, where he served as chief resident. He received his undergraduate degree in mathematics from Vanderbilt University. Prior to joining Piedmont Physicians, Dr. Roth was in solo practice for 12 years at Johns Creek Family Medicine in Suwanee, GA. In addition to his family practice experience, he has worked as both an urgent care and as an emergency medicine physician. He is interested in travel medicine and sports medicine, having served as team physician at local high schools. Dr. Roth is board certified in family practice and is also a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP). In his spare time, Dr. Roth enjoys traveling, photography, listening to live music, and taking long walks with his dog. Dr. Roth welcomes new patients and accepts most insurance plans.

Dr. Mitchell works to provide comprehensive, compassionate care focused on each individual patient. He believes that in addition to technical proficiency and incorporation of cutting-edge treatments, effective communication is essential for excellent clinical care. In addition to urology, Dr. Mitchell enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, running, cycling, soccer, and music. Dr. Mitchell welcomes new patients and accepts most insurance plans.
