purchased a car with low beam headlights so dim you cannot see at all. Took back hoping to get fixed. I was told that replaced bulbs. no change at all. I have to drive with high beems. very upset

Just got off the phone with them. They apparently do not work on vehicles over 10 years old. I've never in my life heard of a dealership refusing to work on its own vehicles. They must really sell...
