customer service is absolutely ridiculous. walked in & is immediately uncomfortable due to the stares that i received from all of the workers. then have sat for hours waiting just to get eyebrows...

The guy broke my nail and then charged me $10 just to get my sns with tips removed, he didn't even know how to remove them properly.
