Katarina Fleckenstein, MD

Brandy T Aliotta, APRN, BC, is board certified as a family nurse practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission Certification. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of South Alabama in Mobile, Alabama, and then earned a certification in inpatient obstetric nursing by the National Certification Corporation. Brandy went on to earn her Master's of Science in Nursing from Georgia Southern University in Statesboro. Brandy is a member of the Nurse Practitioner Council of Coastal Georgia, United Advanced Practice Registered Nurses of Georgia and the National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women's Health.

Aariel Dees, MD, received her undergraduate degree from Duke University in Durham, NC, where she graduated with distinction. She received her medical degree and completed residency in obstetrics & gynecology from the Medical University of South Carolina. There, she served as Chief Resident for Obstetrics & Gynecology. Dr. Dees is a proud recipient of the National Minority Quality Forum 40 under 40 Leaders in Minority Health. She is a member of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), American Medical Association and Gold Humanism Honor Society.

Michelle Gainty, DO, FACOG, received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in biology and chemistry with Summa Cum Laude honors from Monmouth University in West Long Branch, N.J. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathy degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, Penn., graduating as part of the Sigma Sigma Phi Honors Fraternity. She completed her OB/GYN residency at Womack Army Medical Center in Fort Bragg, N.C., where she received Recognition of Excellence in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery. Following residency, she transferred to Winn Army Community Hospital in Fort Stewart where she provided full-scope OB/GYN medicine and surgery while also serving as the Chief of the Women’s Health Clinic.
