Ordered special from menu board at drive up. However, I didn't receive special price . employee stated that I didn't ask for the special price and I needed to ask for that price. ???! Big rip off....

Krystal is one of my fave fast food spots but this one hours never seem to be consistent to what's posted and I know sometimes things r out of date the service and quality is always good though
