Robert is the Founder and President of Miller Group LLC a Specialized Office Leasing Firm providing Leasing Information and Consulting Services to Atlanta Property Owners. Robert first formed Miller Group LLC to provide Leasing and Management services for office buildings that he owned with several partners. Robert possesses over 20 years of experience in real estate development, construction management, office leasing and property management. Over the last five years, Robert has negotiated office leases representing three million square feet and $10 million in value. He has been involved in the acquisition and sale of office, industrial and retail properties. He also represents a wide variety of small business owners including doctors, dentist, chiropractors, attorneys, insurance and financial planners. Having worked on both sides of the table, representing landlord and tenants, Robert understands the needs of all parties which make him uniquely qualified to find the creative solutions which allow everyone to walk away from the negotiations a winner. Robert is the author of two books on Office Leasing: Timing Your Office Lease and Negotiating Office Space: What Business Owners Need to Know Before Signing on the Dotted Line. Robert is a graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management and holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from Georgia State University. He has been designated a Certified Commercial Investment Member ( CCIM ), a designation held by only 4% of all commercial real estate practitioners, and Real Property Administrator ( RPA ), the designation awarded property managers who have demonstrated excellence and experience in real estate management in both the classroom and business world. As President of Miller Group, LLC, Robert oversees daily operations of the Property Management and Landlord Leasing division consisting of approximately 405 tenants and 750, 000 square feet of commercial office buildings. He is directly responsible for marketing, leasing, budgeting, investor reporting, staffing, and policy and procedure implementation. Robert resides in Dunwoody, Georgia with his wife Meri and his three daughters: Summer, Katie and Abigail.
