Marietta Sixth Grade Academy

Marietta Sixth Grade Academy offers a wide variety of educational and enrichment programs to more than 600 students. It offers classes in various subjects, including math, science, English, social studies, earth science, Spanish, health education, arts and crafts, music and physical education. The school focuses on enhancing the reading writing and language skills of students. It also organizes various extracurricular activities for students, that include band, chorus, Marietta reads and diversity community. The academy s fully equipped library has a large collection of more than 12,000 books and other reference materials. Marietta Sixth Grade Academy is approved by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. Located in Marietta, Ga., the academy is part of the Marietta City School District.
