Never go to Mattress firm. I would have given 0 star if possible. These people are so sweet when you buy a product but if you don't like it they will make it impossible to return it. Horrible...

They are only nice and helpful when you want to buy a mattress. But when your not happy with the product and want a return, they will make it difficult where you can't.
