Been cooking for over 30yrs but started working on my restaurant for the last 2 yrs and registered my business this year in Jan. 2021. My rib plates are $15 and the barbecue chicken plates are $10 with 2 sides to choose from: collard greens, potatoe salad, baked Mac-n-cheese, and baked beans w/ ground beef.
